This exquisite dry amber wine is crafted from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes, harvested in the villages of Gurjaani. Fermented on the skins in traditional clay qvevri and aged for six months, the wine develops remarkable depth and complexity.
Following kvevri aging, the wine is transferred to a 10-ton oak barrel, enriching its natural varietal aromas with delicate oak influences. The result is a harmonious and refined wine, revealing notes of dried figs, apricots, spices, and ripe pears.
