Fermented and matured on the skins for six months in qvevri, this wine fully embodies the character of Saperavi. After racking from the kvevri, it undergoes further refinement in oak barrels, deepening its complexity. The wine captivates with aromas of dried black plums, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee.
