Tvishi is a semi-sweet white wine crafted from Tsolikauri grapes cultivated in the Tvishi microzone, a protected designation of origin in the highlands of Lechkhumi. Produced using European winemaking techniques, this wine is distinguished by its harmonious balance of natural sweetness and refreshing acidity.
It features a delicate yellowish-straw hue and an elegant aroma of wildflowers. Tvishi pairs exceptionally well with summer fruits, desserts, cheeses, and a variety of fish dishes.
